This Personal Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the billing relationship between you and Avidon Health LLC (“Avidon”). This Agreement supplements the Member Terms of Service, which governs all platform use rules, acceptable conduct, health disclaimers, intellectual property, liability, arbitration, privacy, and all other legal terms.
1. Subscription Terms
Platform Subscriptions: Your subscription grants you access to premium wellness content, features, and tools as described on our website or app. Subscriptions are billed on the periodic basis you select and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may modify or cancel at any time through our subscription management page. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
Coaching Subscriptions: Your coaching subscription grants you access to Coaching and the Platform. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Sessions may be paused with 10 days’ notice; any unused sessions at the time of the pause are forfeited and do not carry over. Contact your health coach directly to pause.
Fixed-Period Coaching Programs: Your program includes access to Coaching and the Platform. The program fee is non-refundable. Sessions may be paused with 10 days’ notice but may not be extended beyond the program’s original end date. Unused sessions at the end date are forfeited. Contact your health coach directly to pause.
2. Payment and Billing
You authorize Avidon Health to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes. If payment fails, your access to the Platform and Coaching (if applicable) may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
