How this data is used:

  • Each data type corresponds to a specific wellness tracker within your enrolled health and wellness programs (courses and challenges).
  • Data is synced from your device to Avidon’s servers to record your progress in these programs.
  • If you work with a health coach through Avidon, your tracker data may be shared with your assigned coach to support personalized coaching.
  • Data is used solely for the purpose of your wellness program participation and is not sold to third parties.

Your control over this data:

  • You may connect or disconnect individual trackers at any time via Settings > Health Link in the app.
  • You may revoke Health Connect or HealthKit permissions at any time through your device’s Health Connect or HealthKit settings.
  • Disconnecting a tracker stops future data syncing; previously synced data is retained as part of your wellness program records unless you request deletion.
