2026 Platform Comparison

Avidon Health vs. Vibly

Comparing Vibly for a coaching team? Vibly is a well-designed, coach-loved platform with two things we do not have: a coach-to-client matching engine and real-time workload balancing. What it does not have is a program, published outcomes, or the security documentation an enterprise review will ask for.

The short answer

Vibly does two things better than us. Match+ pairs members to coaches on your rules from the $149 tier, and the caseload view balances coach workload in real time. If matching is a scored requirement in your RFP, that is a genuine gap on our side and we will say so.

We answer the staffing question differently. Rather than matching members into a roster, Avidon offers employed, credentialed coaching staff trained to one standard and supervised, with the same coach every session. Or run the platform with your own team.

The bigger difference is what ships. Vibly supplies file sharing and a shared resource folder. Avidon supplies 40+ CBT and ACT based courses, 700+ resources, challenges, trackers and a readiness assessment, with published member outcomes behind them.

A practice tool that grew up, and a program built for populations.

Vibly is genuinely good at the coach experience. The difference shows up in what members receive and what procurement asks for.

Vibly

Coach-first, and it shows

Vibly handles scheduling, secure messaging, session notes, group cohorts with waitlists and per-member pricing, commerce with checkout and e-signatures, plus Match+ matching and white-label portals from the $149 Teams tier.

Its reviewers rate it 4.8 to 4.9, and its anti-EHR positioning is sharp. Founded 2022, it is early, and it publishes no security certifications or outcomes data.

Avidon Health

Program-first, built to be audited

Avidon arrives with sequenced behavior change curricula, a readiness assessment routing members by risk, challenges and incentives, automated outreach and 14 languages, on a SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified environment with BAAs in place.

Then your coaches reshape any of it with no-code tools, or bring their own protocols.

Information about Vibly reflects publicly available sources as of Q3 2026, including its product pages, pricing page, help documentation and security pages. “None found” means we could not locate the capability or a published member health outcome in public materials. Capabilities change frequently. Verify current details directly with each vendor before making a decision.

Where we are honest about a gap

Vibly matches members to coaches. We staff the coaching instead.

Vibly’s Match+ pairs members to coaches by your rules, and it is available from the $149 Teams tier. We do not have a matching engine. If matching is a scored line in your RFP, that is a real point for them.

We took a different route on purpose. Where you need coaching capacity, Avidon provides employed, credentialed staff held to a single standard: Wellcoaches and NBC-HWC credentials, Johns Hopkins Patient Engagement training, Mental Health First Aid, and the same coach every session. When a member has a difficult conversation, there is a named person and a supervisor behind it.

A matching algorithm fills a slot. It does not guarantee the person on the call was trained the way you would train them, supervised the way you would supervise them, or held to your quality bar. Both approaches are valid. Ours is easier to stand behind in a clinical setting.

  • Employed coaches, consistent credentialing, consistent supervision
  • Or run the platform entirely with your own team, your choice
  • 40+ courses and 700+ resources so every coach delivers the same program
  • SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 with BAAs in place for procurement
  • Published member outcomes rather than review scores

When to pick them instead

We will tell you to buy Vibly

A five to thirty coach team that owns its curriculum, needs matching and workload balancing, sells coaching direct with its own checkout, and is not facing an enterprise security review will be happy with Vibly at $149 a month. That is a good product at a fair price.

Where we win is the deal with protected health information, a security questionnaire, a multilingual population, or an outcomes commitment attached.

Self-rated understanding rose from 5.5 to 8.9 out of 10, measured by pairing each member’s own answers before and after the course rather than comparing two group averages. Analyzed across 2,981 members and 4,356 enrollments.

Participation in these programs was incentivized, so the population self-selected. Read these as outcomes among engaged participants rather than a population-wide effect. Within the obese cohort specifically, 62% lowered BMI, with an average reduction of 12%.

GLP-1 figures come from a de-identified production analysis of 2,981 distinct members, 4,356 enrollments and 171,040 survey responses, generated September 2026, self-reported at completion and paired at the individual member level with no control group, so they are descriptive. The tobacco figure is from a controlled study with San Diego State University. We could not locate a published member health outcome or a security certification from Vibly, and its named customer logos are not supported by published case studies. So which one should you choose?

If you are shopping for a Vibly alternative, here is the honest split. We would rather tell you the truth than win a bad-fit deal.

Choose Vibly if

You need matching, and own your content

  • Coach-to-client matching is a scored requirement in your evaluation
  • You want real-time coach workload balancing out of the box
  • You already own the curriculum your coaches deliver
  • You sell coaching direct and want checkout, bundles and superbills
  • You are a five to thirty coach team with no enterprise security review ahead
  • A published $25 to $149 price point matters more than a negotiated quote

Choose Avidon Health if

You face procurement, or need the program

  • A security review will ask for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and a signed BAA
  • You need behavior change curricula on day one rather than a shared folder
  • Members speak more than one language
  • Engagement is the problem: assessments, challenges, trackers and incentives together
  • You are accountable for health outcomes and need published evidence
  • You would rather buy employed coaching capacity than match into a roster

Common Questions About Avidon Health vs. Vibly.

Does Avidon Health have coach-to-client matching?

No, and Vibly does. Their Match+ feature pairs members to coaches on rules you define and is available from the $149 Teams tier. If matching is a scored requirement in your evaluation, that is a genuine advantage for Vibly.

Avidon answers the staffing question differently: where you need coaching capacity we provide employed, credentialed staff trained to one standard and supervised, with the same coach every session, or you run the platform with your own team.

Does Vibly include behavior change content?

No. Based on published documentation as of Q3 2026, Vibly provides resource sharing and a shared resource library that you populate with your own files. Avidon includes 40+ CBT and ACT based courses and 700+ curated resources as part of the platform.

What security certifications does Vibly publish?

We could not locate any. Vibly describes itself as HIPAA compliant in marketing copy and mentions SOC 2 in relation to its chat feature, but we could not find a trust centre, a published audit report, or a statement that a Business Associate Agreement is available. We would encourage you to ask them directly rather than take our word for it.

Avidon operates a SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified environment on Microsoft Azure with BAAs in place.

Is Vibly cheaper than Avidon Health?

At the entry level yes. Vibly publishes $25 per month for individual coaches and $149 for the Teams tier with two seats included and $50 per additional seat. Avidon prices for population programs rather than per seat, so the comparison depends entirely on how many members you are supporting versus how many coaches you employ.

How large a deployment can Vibly actually support?

Their enterprise materials reference ranges from fifty to five thousand providers. We would suggest asking for named references at your intended scale, along with implementation and support staffing, since we could not locate published case studies with deployment sizes. That is a fair question to ask us too.

See a program that already works, then change it.

Twenty minutes is enough to see a working behavior change program and watch us reconfigure it live. Bring your hardest population and your own protocols.
