When a small commercial employer wanted to encourage employees to participate in their wellbeing program, they turned to Avidon. The challenge: make healthy engagement fun, quick, and accessible for every employee.
Avidon introduced a 7-Day Wellness Quiz Challenge, designed to spark curiosity and learning in just two minutes a day. Each day, employees received a short, 2-minute quiz via email — simple, engaging, and easy to complete.
Many employees were hesitant to engage in traditional wellness programs due to time constraints and competing priorities. This employer needed a way to build interest and participation without adding more to employees’ already full plates.
Avidon implemented a 7-day micro-engagement program consisting of brief, topic-based quizzes covering areas such as stress management, sleep, and healthy coping techniques. The quizzes provided informal, non-incentivized opportunities to learn and reflect on wellness behaviors.
Employees described the quizzes as short, fun, and enlightening:

The 7-Day Wellness Quiz Challenge achieved exceptional engagement for a small organization of just 31 employees, with nearly eight in ten participants completing every quiz. Feedback indicated that employees valued the content’s simplicity and the opportunity for daily reflection.

The initiative demonstrated that small, consistent touchpoints — even without formal incentives — can drive measurable engagement and support long-term wellness goals.
