Attention all job seekers,
be aware of scammers.

At Avidon Health, we are proud of the talented team of individuals that drive our success and the success of our customers. Unfortunately, in today’s world, recruitment and internet scams are on the rise. Recently, we’ve learned of fraudulent activities by persons posing as recruitment agencies or Avidon Health employees. The fraud involves sending people a request for personal information, making job offers and/or extorting fees for recruitment-related activities or equipment ahead of an interview.

To all job seekers, Avidon Health never requires candidates to make payments during the recruitment process. Our team is our most valuable asset and we are dedicated to their success. We appreciate the time, energy, and attention you put into submitting an application and preparing for an interview.

Here are a few signs to look for in order to spot fraudulent communications and scams:

  • Always review open positions on our careers page at https://avidonhealth.com/careers/ to confirm a position is open.
  • Never share personal information such as social security numbers or financial details.
  • If you are contacted through a LinkedIn InMail, please ensure that you review the full profile of the recruiter sending the message to check the legitimacy.
  • A phone or video interview is always a part of the process before an offer is extended. If you are offered a role without having a formal interview, this indicates fraudulent communication.
  • There are no fees associated with applying, interviewing or being hired by Avidon Health. If you are asked for payment at any time during the process it is likely fraud.
  • If you suspect fraudulent communication, please fill out the form on our careers page and an official representative will be notified.

Thank you,
Avidon Health
